Upon the tops of hills and mountains across the country, many were above the inversion layer that had swept the nation! I spent all day above it at #kinderscout and it was just glorious! It felt like spring with warm temperatures and this was the middle of winter! I thought at any minute this will start to dissipate but it carried on all day into night! This was at sunset and I was drawn to the golden hour light and long stretched out shadows cast by the rocks! Here it makes a perfect line and thought it worked well as an image almost half shadow and half-light. Did you experience this weekend of clouds and mists?
